When I was in Egypt last year I thought it was pretty funny that I saw this Jawa motorcycle since (for those who aren't familiar) Jawa was the name of the small, cloaked creatures living in the desert in Star Wars. Seeing this on the outskirts of Cairo made me wonder if there could be any link in the names. Hmmmm?

Holly the dog heads back to the car after playing at the pyramids at Dahshur, Egypt.

When we were in Cairo we took Holly (the dog) to some of the pyramids to run around. She had a great time here at Dahshur, Egypt. I just loved how this view showed how wide open it can really be when you are out there as we were heading back to the car.

A man walks alone through Karnak Temple in Luxor, Egypt. You'd never guess that about 50 feet to the right of this shot, and all behind me were hundreds of tourists.
