When I was in Egypt last year I thought it was pretty funny that I saw this Jawa motorcycle since (for those who aren't familiar) Jawa was the name of the small, cloaked creatures living in the desert in Star Wars. Seeing this on the outskirts of Cairo made me wonder if there could be any link in the names. Hmmmm?

I didn't make it to Celebration IV as I was just about to move from the US to Australia, but I did go to CIII back in 2005.

 

Now that Celebration V has been announced I figured it would be good to dust off my old photos.

But really, who doesn't love R2-D2? This was taken this past weekend at the Armageddon Expo in Melbourne. Seth Green and his Robot Chicken teammates were making an appearance.
